1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or booking through lalaphotography.com, you agree to these Terms of
Use (“Terms”) and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our
services.

2. Studio Policies and Service Terms
All LaLa Photography studio policies form part of these Terms and apply to every
booking.

Deposits & Rescheduling

All deposits and session fees are non-refundable, but may be transferred if rescheduled at least 48 hours before the appointment.
Credits must be used within 90 days of the original appointment date or all funds are forfeited.

Proofing Your Photos

Instant viewing sessions occur immediately after your photoshoot.
Missed viewings incur a $25 fee prior to rescheduling.
Each viewing session lasts up to one hour; an additional viewing is $25 (subject to availability).
Online galleries are not available unless otherwise stated.

Included Image Package
Each session includes a predetermined number of digital images as listed at booking.
Additional images or packages are available for purchase.

Turnaround for Images
Fully edited galleries are available for download within five (5) business days after
payment is received.

Retouching Policy
All photos include standard retouching (skin smoothing, cropping, color styling, and
clarity).

Detailed, hand-edited retouching is available upon request for $5–$45 per photo,
depending on complexity.

Photography During Session
Personal photography or video (including mobile phones) is not permitted during
sessions. Repeated violations may result in early termination of the session without
refund. A pre-booked “Behind-the-Scenes” video option is available for $99, subject to
availability.

Animals in the Studio
Pets are not permitted. Only legally recognized service animals are allowed.

Photographer Requests
Specific photographer requests may be made for a $50 fee, payable in advance and
subject to availability.

Policy Changes
Policies and pricing may change at any time without notice.

3. Appointments Payments
Payment is due as specified at booking. All payments are processed securely through
authorized third-party payment providers. Taxes and fees may apply.

4. SMS and Electronic Communications
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive LaLa Photography Alerts
and transactional communications about your appointments and purchases.

Message frequency varies.
Message data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance.
We will not sell or share your number with third parties for marketing.

All messages are transmitted through compliant messaging platforms adhering to A2P
10DLC and CTIA standards.

5. Intellectual Property
All website content, text, graphics, photos, and materials are the exclusive property of
LaLa Photography. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without prior
written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaLa Photography is not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to
conflicts of law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Clark County, Nevada.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaLa Photography, its employees, agents,
and contractors from any claims or damages arising from your use of our services or
violation of these Terms.

9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any appointment for any lawful reason,
including violation of these Terms.
